MARKETING
The Marketing course provides acceptance and exemptions from the Associateship of Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) programme.
The Marketing course provides a thorough knowledge of the understanding and application of marketing. Students will also have a knowledge and understanding of the history and development of marketing, the principles of product and planning, consumer behavior, communication, and market research.
THIS COURSE COVERS THREE (4) BROAD AREAS NAMELY:
– Marketing Theory
– Marketing Relationships
– Organization and Implementation
Regional Focus – Pursue your option for insurance job throughout the Caribbean.
Insurance Personnel – Working in insurance and non-insurance capacities.
Career in Insurance – Persons hoping to pursue a career in insurance.
Student Dedication – Starting a new carrier path.
Career Placement – Persons interested in pursuing the Associateship of Chartered Insurance Institute designation.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
HIGH SCHOOL LEAVERS:
Applicants must have passes in at least four (4) subjects at the GCE Ordinary Level or CXC General Proficiency in English Language, Mathematics (or a Mathematical subject) and any other three (3) subjects.
CHANGE OF CAREER & JOB EXPERIENCE:
Twenty-five (25) yeas of age have passes in GCE/CXC/CSEC Mathematics and English Language or a Mathematical subject.
